Is your website mobile friendly?

Google mobile friendly test
You may have heard in the past couple (or more) years that it’s becoming more and more important to have a mobile friendly version of your website.  And, I’m sure a lot of you have been putting it off saying to yourself “oh, great, now I have to do another expensive redesign of my website.”  In most cases, that is what needs to be done.  Most likely you are long overdue for a redesign anyway.  Well, if you haven’t heard, there is even more incentive with Google’s recent announcement.

I’m going to make this post brief, so please read the announcement and note the April 21, 2015 date.  Not sure if your site is mobile friendly (i.e. responsive)?  Check here: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/

That’s not much time, but I can redesign your website by that time and make it responsive (mobile-friendly) using either WordPress or Shopify (if you have an e-commerce site).  If your site is already on one of those platforms, then most likely your site is already mobile friendly.  If you’re not, I can move you to one of those for less than the cost of most redesigns.

Yahoo store owners – unless you specifically had your developer do mobile design, yours is not mobile friendly.  If you move over to Shopify, then you’ll also get the added benefit of all of its features.  Check out my recent blog post on the Top 5 Reasons to Use Shopify
